Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.

Subscriptions, Fees & Trials

Paid features are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Trial access may be revoked at our discretion. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge all applicable fees using your selected payment method.

User Content & License

You retain ownership of materials you upload or generate while using the services. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve 10KI.AI. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to share the content with us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services or assist others in doing so. Prohibited activities include:

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing technical protections.
• Uploading malware, infringing materials, or unlawful content.
• Using the platform for abusive, discriminatory, or deceptive purposes.
• Reselling or providing unauthorized access to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party products. Use of those products is governed by the third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their actions, content, or privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform, including software, trademarks, and branding, are owned by AOI Solutions GmbH or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no licenses are provided. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AOI Solutions GmbH, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time if you breach these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for us, or for any other reason. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Hamburg, Germany, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
